A dynamic stretching or Dynamic Warm-Ups are stretching routines that you perform your workouts as you move. Static stretching was the most popular sort of stretch within the fitness community for decades and it requires holding a stretch for 10 or more seconds while motionless.

While doing dynamic Stretching you are stretching as you’re moving differently than static stretching where you are stretching at one particular spot
